Pay your child care fees online For your convenience, Tiny Tots Development Center will accept child care payment through PayPal, a secure, safe online payment system. Please note: there is a $3.50 service charge for all online childcare payments. This amount will be automatically added to your payment due. If it is not received at the time you make your online payment, you will be billed for the online payment fee separately. $3.50 service fee required. Tiny Tots Development Center infant care, child care & preschool rates are available on this page. Please note that these rates are subject to change. These rates do not reflect subsidized childcare rates. Depending upon your income, the actual rate you pay may vary. ECEAP child care is available September - June: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon (additional services), Monday through Thursday only. No ECEAP care is available on Fridays.
